Founder and CEO- END Institute
I am a leader and professional with ADHD and suspected autism. I have over 15 years experience in healthcare and over 5 years in leadership. I hold a masters of science in nursing with a focus in nursing management and organizational leadership from American Sentinel University, a masters in healthcare administration in the executive program from Trinity University, and am currently enrolled in a doctorate of nursing program at Arkansas State University. I am an author with my first book due out in May of 2023 focusing on the unique experiences of late diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD leaders and how they can use their brain wiring to their advantage at work. My lived experience has been one of many professional and personal challenges, many related to undiagnosed neurodiversity. I am extremely passionate about education and advocacy related to neurodiversity in the workplace and for leaders which is why I founded the END Institute, a collaborative for professionals to learn more about neurodiversity, share their stories, successes, and struggles, and connect with other neurodiverse professionals around the world to help them reach their full potential. The END Institute has joined the Neurodiversity in Business initiative as a community partner and as the founder I have spoken on multiple podcasts, including being interviewed by Dr. Samantha Hiew of ADHD Girls LLC, and been a guest blogger for Accelerating Social Good. Together, we are going to change the face of neurodiversity at work so that all are accepted, embraced, and celebrated for their unique strengths and capabilities.
