Under the Stones (June 9, 2019)
This collection takes a peek under the stones of society, explores the unlit avenues we would rather pretend don’t exist, and asks those difficult questions: Is our society really a good role model for the future? This collection is intended to stir debate and discussion; I invite you to take a step into the darkness. Oh, and bring a torch – some of those avenues are dark indeed!
With Summer by my Side : the roundabout of love (May 11, 2017)
Love. A simple, 4-letter word that hides a wealth of emotion, trials, sunshine and darkness. “With Summer by my Side” is an exploration of the roundabout of feelings and tribulations. Don’t expect a straightforward happy ride – these poems will take you on a journey of sweetness, bitter pills, and burgeoning regrowth. Hopefully it will bring you smiles, laughter, tears, and empowerment.
A Tune with No Name (July 17, 2015)
This is the journey and growth of a young woman’s sentiments on war, peace, politics, and life. Take or leave what you will from this collection; my own thoughts, heartfelt at the point of teenage creation and reflective at the adult crossroads now reached. Think of the troubles our world has faced, those we have created and resolved, from 1984 to 2015, and you’ll have the map ready for our little trip. These poems are designed to stir debate, thought, and empathy. If they encourage your own journeys in and out of the potholes of life’s roads, then my work here is done.
