I am a Latin media personality, entrepreneur, producer, storyteller, and activist. I am the founder of La Mariposa Films a media brand anchored in storytelling, creating, developing content that celebrates women and puts them at the center of every story and behind the camera. My brand is also about empowering female, shinning a light on heroines and collaborating in projects that inspire and create change. With my production studio I have collaborated with many great partners like Fedex, WeWork, Babson College, NBC, Hearts Television, CNN and many more. Also,I am a Latin media expert with more than twenty years of knowledge and experience in front and behind the cameras. I began my career in my native Mexico with giant Latin America multi mass media company Televisa. Here not only I produced and was the DJ for a music TV show an MTV Mexican version, but was also the television host for many special music award and beauty shows. In 1997 I became the entertainment face for Primer Impacto, an acclaimed television show of largest Hispanic media network in the US, Univision. My daily presence on the television screen would bring the juiciest interviews or stories with the biggest Latin celebrities like Selena, Shakira, Christina Aguilera, Jlo, Sofia Vergara, Roselyn Sanchez, Alicia Machado, and many others A few years later in 2002, I joined Latin media giant Telemundo, the American Spanish-language terrestrial television network owned by NBCUniversal. Here I not only created, produced, and hosted exclusive special interviews, Barbara Walters style with Latin celebrities but also developed other shows for the network focus on women. I am fluent in Spanish, English, French and Italian, have travelled and lived around the globe because of my father’s diplomatic career. I combine my own unique upbringing and global perspectives to my creative projects & productions, speeches, and storytelling workshops. My work has helped many women and man understand how to create with my exclusive story structure the “hero or heroine” story for their businesses, life or mission. I am not only a prominent activist for women causes but also for creating a new earth and because of this I recently became an Ambassador for the Aptera Solar Car. When I am not creating or helping brands or entrepreneurs with creative work, I love to be out in nature practicing Yoga or meditating. I am a vegan and and love Mother Earth. Passionate about being part of a humanity that can thrive and be happy. I love to align myself and collaborate with those partners or brands that share my mission and vision.
